Rocky Patel, renowned for his diverse range of cigars sourced from across the Americas, introduces a cigar like never before with the launch of Conviction—an unprecedented and luxurious addition to the Rocky Patel portfolio. Not only does Conviction stand out for its unique packaging, but it also claims the title of the most expensive cigar ever released by Rocky Patel.

Measuring 6 1/2 x 52, Conviction takes the form of a box-pressed toro extra, presenting a distinctive smoking experience. The blend features a Mexican San Andrés wrapper, gracefully enveloping a Nicaraguan binder and a carefully selected combination of fillers from Rocky Patel’s own farms in Condega and Estelí, Nicaragua. Notably, the majority of the filler tobacco stems from the 2014 harvest, contributing to the cigar’s rich and matured flavor profile. Additionally, Patel emphasizes the meticulous aging process of the wrappers, which were stored for four years in tercios—bundles of tobacco wrapped in royal palm leaves. The outcome is a visually unique presentation resembling a thoughtfully wrapped gift, with the palm leaves tightly securing the tobacco.

What truly sets Conviction apart is its exclusive packaging. Each cigar is elegantly encased in a rectangular metal tubo, with a box containing 10 of these luxurious cigars. Beyond being a vessel for the cigars, the boxes are designed to function as humidors, equipped with upgraded hardware and an almost airtight seal, ensuring optimal conditions for storage.

Produced at the Tabacalera Villa Cuba S.A. factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, Conviction maintains an elite status with just two pairs of rollers assigned to its production. Each pair is limited to crafting 250 cigars per day, resulting in a total production run of merely 50,000 cigars.

With such exclusivity and craftsmanship, Conviction comes with a price tag that reflects its extraordinary nature—$100 per cigar. Rocky Patel’s Conviction not only redefines premium cigar packaging but also sets a new standard for luxury in the world of cigars, appealing to enthusiasts seeking a truly exceptional and rare smoking experience.
