Author: Inspector Z
Tarazona Cigars announces a limited edition Caraballo 828 Silverback. The 6×52 Torpedo has the name The Benjamin. It joins the 5×50 Perfecto with the name The Sterling.
Both The Benjamin and The Sterling are available in boxes of 10. Only 500 boxes of each size are available. They come from the Tabacalera Papito Cigars factory in Esteli, Nicaragua. That’s the factory of Juan ‘Papito; Gomez. After the initial release at Cigar Life in Lakeland, Florida, the cigars are available for retailers everywhere.
Initially, the cigar was set for a June 2020 release. But the covid-19 pandemic is the cause for a delay. The cigars are made with Nicaraguan filler and binder. The fillers come from Condega and Jalapa, where the binder is from Jalapa. The wrapper is Mexican San Andres.
