SpecialsRoMa Craft is adding to their international portfolio
Author: Inspector Z
RoMa Craft is adding to its international portfolio. Their European distributor Schuster now has a few other RoMa Craft cigars in their lineup. And that is including the weaselitos.
The weaselitos are, as the story goes, an invention of RoMa Craft’s master blender Esteban Disla. He cut a bunched lancero in half before applying the wrapper. Skip Martin saw that and recognized the commercial potential in that. He named them Weaselitos, little weasels. The RoMa Craft fans use the term weasel to get freebies and cigars from someone else. The size is 3½x38, and there are three blends.
CroMagnon Aquitaine
The CroMagnon Aquitaine name refers to a place in France. It’s the place where old human remains were found. The CroMagnon. There are two lines. CroMagnon and Cromagnon Aquitaine. The artwork draws inspiration from the actual skulls from the dig site. The blend consists of Nicaraguan filler and Cameroon binder. That with Connecticut Broadleaf as a wrapper. And it’s now available for the international markets in a toro 6×54 size called Cranium and a robusto extra 5×56 size called EMH.
Also new for the international markets is the RoMa Craft CroMagnon Aquitaine Knuckle Dragger. That’s a 4×52 short robusto with a blend of Nicaraguan fillers. Add a Cameroon binder and a Habano Ligero wrapper from Ecuador and you have this cigar. That makes the blend significantly stronger than the regular CroMagnon.
Other offerings from the CroMagnon Aquitaine for international markets are 6×54 Cranium, the 5¾x46 Anthropology, and the 5×50 short perfecto Mode 5.
Intemperance BA XXi
From the Intemperance BA XXI line, a short robusto of 4½x52 called Avarice is making his way to Europe. The Intemperance BA XXI line uses Nicaraguan filler. It uses an Indonesian binder and a Brazilian Arapiraca wrapper. The sizes 4×46 Intrigue Petito, 5×56 Breach of the peace, and the 5½x54 Ambition Belicoso were already available on the international markets
Not new but exclusively for the international markets are the illusive Wunderlust. RoMa Craft made these cigars in cooperation with Schuster zigarren. The filler is undisclosed. The binder is Indonesian, and the wapper is Brazilian Mata Fina. Martin was inspired to create these cigars when he saw the factory and tobacco storage of Schuster in Bunde, Germany. He used some of the tobaccos that Schuster had in stock. RoMa Craft also copied some of their traditional way of working into the creation of the Wunderlust.
Also not new but available on the international market is the Intemperance EC XVIII. Made with Nicaraguan filler and an Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper. Available as a 4×46 Charity Petito, 4½x52 Virtue, and a 5×50 short perfecto under the name Faith.
