SpecialsOliva is releasing a Limited Nub Humidor

Oliva is releasing a Limited Nub Humidor exclusive for Europe, Asia, and Africa. Only 1500 of the slick and contemporary humidors, filled with different Nubs are made. All 1500 humidors are sold to distributors in these three continents and are about to be distributed to retailers.
History of the Nub
Oliva’s subsidiary Studio Tobac launched the Nub in 2008. It was the first of its kind, short and very fat. And in the years after, the format became an industry standard. The 4×60 vitola is now produced by many brands in many blends. The idea behind Nub was that the last part of the cigar always tastes best. To recreate that flavor in a whole cigar, the innovative brains of Studio Tobac made the Nub. Use all the tobacco for a large size cigar but in short size. That automatically creates a thicker cigar, and so the Nub was born. The thickness ensures the cigar stays cool, creating a unique smoking experience.
The humidor does not come empty. It’s filled to the max with 24 Nub cigars. All four Nub blends are united in the humidor, all with the classic 4×60 size. The Nub Sun Grown is a Nicaraguan puro with a Sun Grown Habano wrapper. The Nub Cameroon has a Cameroon wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler. The Nub Maduro is made with a Brazilian wrapper. The Nub Connecticut has a Connecticut Shade wrapper from Ecuador. The humidor has three rows of 8 cigars, showcasing 2 of each blend per row.
Other Oliva Nubs
Oliva uses the Nub format for the Cain series too. The size is also used for the popular Oliva Serie V blend. But even though the cigars are from the same company, and from the same manufacturer, they are not part of the Nub line. Therefore they are not included in this limited edition Nub humidor. Oliva did not say if this humidor will be re-created for the American market in the years to come.
