Montosa now available in Switzerland
Montosa now available in Switzerland. It’s the new premium handmade Longfiller from the German cigar manufacturer Arnold Andre. Arnold Andre produces machine-made cigars in Bunde, Germany but also has production in the Dominican Republic. And that’s where this new premium handmade cigar hails from.
Probably the best spot for premium tobacco in the Dominican Republic is the Cibao Valley. Fertile soil, gentle hills, protective mountains. Add a beautiful balance of rain, shade, sun, plus the salt in the air from the nearby ocean. Then you have the perfect atmosphere for great tobacco and fantastic cigars.
Arnold Andre Dominicana
The Master Blender of Arnold Andre Dominicana used Criollo and Piloto from the Dominican Republic. From the Cibao Valley. He wrapped these fine tobaccos in a Mexican Sumatra binder. As a wrapper, he selected a creamy Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade leaf. His goal? A smooth cigar with a rich aroma but a smooth, soft, and creamy taste. With nuances of coffee, cocoa, nuts, and sweet fruity notes.
For the packaging, the designers of Arnold Andre draw inspiration from the Dominican sunset. The color scheme of that mesmerizing sunset is used on the ring and the boxes. The cigars come in boxes of twenty cigars. The prices are more than reasonable. These value cigars are available for CHF 6.25 (€3,90) for the Robusto. The Toro will set the Swiss cigar enthusiast back CHF 6.60 (€ 4,10). The most expensive cigar is the Churchill. That one has a set price in Switzerland of CHF 6.90 (€4.30) which makes them all very affordable. The cigars are imported and distributed by Cigarmundi. Cigarmundi is the exclusive distributor for Arnold Andre in Switzerland.
