In the city of excess, Las Vegas, where everything is grand, the newest Montecristo Cigar Bar has made its debut at the Paris Las Vegas hotel and casino. The grand opening of this opulent cigar haven took place on November 2, just in time for the Las Vegas Big Smoke weekend and ahead of the Formula 1 event. This marks the second Montecristo Cigar Bar in Sin City, with the first one located in Caesars Palace, both properties falling under the umbrella of Caesars Entertainment Inc.

The new Montecristo Cigar Bar at Paris Las Vegas exudes luxury, adorned with stone accents and regal green walls designed to evoke the ambiance of Paris. Covering an expansive 2,835 square feet, the lounge accommodates over 70 guests. The centerpiece is a spacious walk-in humidor showcasing an array of premium brands, including Romeo y Julieta, Padrón, Arturo Fuente, La Flor Dominicana, My Father, Tatuaje, H. Upmann, and, of course, a plentiful selection of Montecristos.

Previously known as Napoleon’s, a cigar-friendly lounge, the space underwent complete remodeling, transitioning from a piano lounge to the newly crafted Montecristo Cigar Bar. The four-month-long renovation involved refreshing the space with new paint, installing flooring, and constructing a state-of-the-art walk-in, climate-controlled humidor. The meticulous effort aimed to align the aesthetic with the Parisian theme while maintaining distinctiveness from the Caesars Palace location.

The installation of a ventilation system capable of handling a substantial crowd posed a significant challenge, requiring the use of a crane to lift the new HVAC unit onto the roof between the Paris and Horseshoe resorts. Despite the logistical complexities, the team successfully completed the task without interruptions.

Beyond an extensive cigar selection, the Montecristo Cigar Bar offers a full bar, featuring specialty cocktails with a Parisian and cigar theme. Signature drinks such as the Parisian Paloma and the Rolling Smoke, along with an option to order food from various on-site restaurants, enhance the overall experience.

Partner Michael Frey expressed excitement about the new location, emphasizing its seamless integration with the Parisian resort atmosphere. The Montecristo Cigar Bar at Paris Las Vegas operates seven days a week, closing at 1 a.m., inviting patrons to indulge in a sophisticated and luxurious cigar experience.
