Felix Gonzalez is a veteran in the cigar industry, having worked for Arturo Fuente, La Flor Dominicana, and Davidoff. And last year he teamed up with Marrero cigar company. And this partnership led to the opening of a brand new factory in Tamboril. Owning a factory has always been a dream of Gonzalez.

In that new factory, Gonzalez created his Artistico line of cigars, all 7×62 Salomon sized cigars with crazy cool decorations on the wrapper, made from different kinds of tobacco, including candela, Maduro, habano and Connecticut shade. And now the cigars are available for the first time outside of the USA. Firmin Cigars, an Australian distributor, received the first shipment earlier this week.

Now Australia is probably the most expensive country for cigars, with insanely high taxes, plain packaging, and more extremely strict legislation. Due to the high tax, the cigars will be priced at 107 Australian dollars, which is approximately 67 euro per cigar.
