Luciano Cigars has implemented strategic leadership changes, appointing Mark Reddy as the new CEO and promoting Ed Treviño to Vice President of Sales. Luciano Meirelles, President, and Co-founder of Luciano Cigars expressed the significance of Reddy’s collaborative role since the company’s inception, emphasizing his insightful advice and loyalty as pivotal to their growth. Reddy, with over two decades of experience in business expansion and brand building, is recognized for his strategic approach, which is expected to contribute significantly to the company’s success.

In response to his appointment, Mark Reddy conveyed immense pride in joining the Luciano Cigars team. Having joined Luciano Cigars as Director of Sales last year, Treviño brings over three decades of experience and has been instrumental in expanding the client base with his sales and leadership skills. Leading six in-house representatives and three brokers nationwide, Treviño is well-positioned to contribute to the company’s growth objectives in his new role.
