Les Fines Lames Skylines series. The French accessory manufacturer Les Fines Lames released a new limited edition. The new cigar cutters are the Le Petit with some of the most iconic skylines of the world engraved in the blade of the knife. Several cities are represented in these series, from Europe to the Middle East. And from Asia to the United States. Les Fines Lames will add more cities to the series soon. Only five pieces are made for each city.

The handles are all made from Ebony, with a 14C28N stainless steel blade. Ebony is a very durable, extremely high-density jet-black wood, with little to no variation or visible grain. Le Petit was added last year as a smaller version of the original Les Fines Lames knives. The crowdfunding was extremely successful, all of the stretch goals were made.

The cities

Currently, there are seventeen versions available. Europe is represented by Paris and London. Asia is represented by Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai, and Taipei. The Middle East sees Kuwait and Dubai. Most of the cities currently available are located in the United States. New York, Las Vegas, Miami, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Chicago, Houston, and Phoenix. And last but not least, Cuba’s capital Havana.

Now we don’t know what other cities Les Fines Lames has planned, except for Marseille. But we have a few suggestions. Rotterdam has a beautiful skyline, and so does Singapore. Tokyo and Toronto have iconic skylines as well. Just as Shenzhen, Beijing, and Harbin in China. Jakarta, Panama, Istanbul, Mumbai, Bangkok, Sao Paulo, Moscow, Busan, and Seoul are other suggestions too

The Les Fines Lames Le Petit Skyline series is exclusively available through the Les Fines Lames website. There are only five knives of each skyline available, so if your favorite city is represented, be quick to order.
