Author: Inspector X
La Aurora is gearing up for the colder months by introducing two new small-format cigars to its popular Cameroon 1903 and León Jimenes Connecticut lines. These new additions are designed to cater to cigar enthusiasts seeking a quicker smoke or those new to cigars who prefer smaller sizes. Both lines will now feature compact options, perfect for shorter smoking sessions during winter.
For the La Aurora Original Blend Cameroon 1903, the company is adding two new vitolas: the 4 x 30 Finos and the 3 1/6 x 22 Miniature. These cigars feature an Ecuadorian Cameroon wrapper, Ecuadorian binder, and fillers from the Dominican Republic. The Finos will be available in tins of 10 cigars with a suggested retail price of $19, while the Miniature will also be offered in 10-count tins priced at $12.50.
Similarly, the León Jimenes Connecticut line, which is machine-made and features an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper over long-leaf Dominican and Nicaraguan tobaccos, is adding the 4 x 30 Petite and the 3 2/5 x 22 Miniature. These new vitolas will be sold in 10-count tins, with the Petite priced at $18.50 and the Miniature at $12.50.
These smaller cigar sizes are designed for convenience and ease of use. They offer a smoke that lasts between 10 to 15 minutes, making them ideal for cigar lovers who have limited time or are seeking a more casual, on-the-go smoking experience. No cutting is required, as the cigars are ready to enjoy straight from the tin, enhancing their appeal for those new to cigars or for situations where preparation time is limited.
“Both the La Aurora as well as the León Jimenes Connecticut are blends that work very well in the finos and miniature formats,” said John Ferrigan, national sales director for La Aurora, in a press release. He added that the brand’s growing customer base has encouraged La Aurora to continue innovating both in terms of cigar formats and blends.
La Aurora’s new cigars will start shipping to retailers in early September, just in time for fall and winter smoking. These new offerings are set to meet the demand for smaller, quicker cigars without compromising on flavour or quality, providing a great option for smokers looking for a brief but satisfying experience.
