Joya’s Asian Exclusive available in Malaysia. Late April, Joya de Nicaragua and the Joya distributor for China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Vietnam announced the first-ever Joya de Nicaragua Edicion Asia. But the distributor, Cigraal, offered other Asian distributors for Joya de Nicaragua the chance to order some of the 1000 boxes to distribute in their territory.

Malaysia

Ray Ooi, the owner of the Cigars Lounge shops and website, is the Malaysian distributor for Joya de Nicaragua. Ooi jumped on the opportunity to be able to order a limited number of these unique cigars. And now the cigars are available for preorder in Malaysia, one of the best markets for cigars in South East Asia. The cigars are expected to arrive at the end of this month.

The Asian exclusive from Joya de Nicaragua is a 4¾x60 Gran Consul size, which Joya de Nicaragua uses for the Joya de Nicaragua Añtano series but with the Cuatro Cinco blend. That blend was released as a limited edition in 2013 when Joya de Nicaragua celebrated the 45th birthday. The blend was so well received that a slightly tweaked version became a regular production cigar.

LIMITED NUMBERS

The Joya de Nicaragua Cuatro Cinco Edicion Asia is limited to 10.000 cigars. Only a 1000 numbered boxes of 10 cigars are made. Ut us the first regional limited edition for Asia from Joya de Nicaragua. The Cuatro Cinco Reserva Especial is part of the Obras Maestras family of products. These are the top of the line cigars made at Joya de Nicaragua.

The cigar was introduced by Eric Piras from Cigraal and Juan Martinez from Joya de Nicaragua during an Instagram live session on May 6th. We will publish a review of the Joya de Nicaragua Cuatro Cinco Edicion Asia soon.
