Joya Silver available in The Netherlands
Author: Inspector Z
Joya Silver is available in The Netherlands. At the IPCPR trade show in Las Vegas, last July, Joya de Nicaragua showcased their latest addition to the color line. After the fun and friendly Joya Red and the more sophisticated Joya Black, it’s now time for the Joya Silver.
The Joya Silver is a medium to a full-bodied, box-pressed, cigar. The fillers come from Nicaragua. The binder is Mexican. The wrapper is a Sun Grown Habano from Ecuador. The flavor profile contains mild peppers, dried cherry, and chocolate.
Broad portfolio
Joya de Nicaragua prides themselves that they can cater to any cigar aficionado, from the lover of the mild cigars with the Clasico and Cabinetta to the medium-bodied smokers with the Joya Red and CyB. The aficionados that like medium-full can smoke the Joya Silver and the Joya Black. For a powerhouse, you can reach into your box of Joya de Nicaragua Antaño 1970 or Dark Corojo. This silver fits right in the middle of the portfolio, and for incredible prices.
As for the packaging, Joya went for a slick, contemporary look. At first glimpse, you see that the line is in the same family as the Joya Red and Black series. But the artwork is even more stylish and slick.
Prices in The Netherlands
Joya Silver is available in The Netherlands. The new cigar line comes in four different vitolas. They are all four available in The Netherlands since last week. The sizes are 6¼x46 Ultra, 6×52 Toro, 5¼x42 Corona, and 5×50 Robusto. The price of the robusto is €5,50 and the toro comes in at €6 at the Dutch retailers.
