Jake Wyatt Cigar Co. is releasing the Maverick during the TPE next week. The line is named after the son of Jake Wyatt’s co-founder Gerard Abajian’s son. According to the company, this is the boldest and fullest blend they released so far, with a Mexican San Andres Maduro wrapper over a corojo binder from an undisclosed country. The filler includes Pennsylvania Broadleaf corojo and piloto tobaccos from undisclosed origin. The cigars are produced at Casamorabo Tabacalera in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic

The TPE presentation is a pre-release, only in a 6×54 toro. There are only 200 bundles available but there will be a full release later this year with a robusto, toro and Gordo in boxes instead of bundles.
