Danish cigars

The Danish have a long time love affair with tobacco. Mainly pipe tobacco, but cigars have a tremendous history there as well. In the past centuries, a lot of tobacco was grown in Denmark. There used to be many cigar factories. But they are most famous for their pipes and pipe tobacco. At Intertabac 2018 Splendid Cigars is introducing a new Danish cigar. Although it’s not being rolled in Denmark

The production of the cigars takes place in the Dominican Republic. At Tabacalera Palma, the factory owned by Jochy Blanco. It is one of the most important factories in the country. Tabacalera Palma rolls a lot of private labels, and the majority of cigars smokers have smoked cigars from Tabacalera Palma. Probably without knowing it. Danish cigar enthusiasts now know where Splendid Cigars come from.
