Hellevoetsluis Netherlands gets a dedicated cigar shop. Many many years ago, the Dutch town of Hellevoetsluis had a tobacco shop. The shop was located at the Rijksstraatweg 118. That shop is long gone. We don’t know exactly what happened, but we do know that it’s now the office of the new Dutch cigar importer & distributer De Sigarenman and his sister company Cigar on the bar. And guess what?

Within two weeks Hellevoetsluis will have a tobacco shop again. At the Rijksstraatweg 118. Owned and operated by Robert Blonk, aka de sigarenman (Dutch for ‘the cigar man’). As soon as we receive pictures, learn about the operating hours and the openings party we will report back.

Blonk is an avid cigar smoker. With his cigar on the bar concept, he’s supplying hotels, restaurants, and bars with humidors and cigars. But he’s moving into importing and distributing cigars as well. And the next chapter is about a cigar retail store. No cigarettes, no pipes. Just cigars and cigar accessories. And with that, Hellevoetsluis Netherlands gets a dedicated cigar shop.
