GTO Cigars is gearing up for an eventful week with exciting developments on two fronts. Firstly, the company’s new Middle East distributor, Zak International, is set to host the inaugural GTO event in the Middle East at the Agora Cocktail Bar and Social Club in Dubai. Zak International will play a pivotal role in distributing GTO cigars across various regions, including Lebanon, Qatar, Tunisia, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and China.

Following this, on November 22, GTO Cigars will unveil the 33 Oaks Toro Esplendido at a special event hosted at Cigars & More in Birmingham, Alabama. This new addition represents the latest size in the 33 Oaks line, renowned for its meticulous aging process spanning a total of 12 years. Notably, two of these years involve aging in spent bourbon barrels, adhering to legal requirements that mandate the use of American white oak for such barrels.

Initially introduced as the Connecticut Toro Elegante at the 2023 PCA Convention & Trade Show, the 33 Oaks Toro Esplendido will surprise enthusiasts by being offered in all three wrapper options: Connecticut, Corojo, and Maduro. The binder and filler tobaccos are sourced from GTO’s own farm in the Dominican Republic, ensuring a blend that captures the essence of the brand’s commitment to quality.

In an additional treat for cigar enthusiasts, GTO has revised the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for the 33 Oaks Toro Esplendido, bringing it down from $12 to $11.49 per cigar. GTO Dominican Cigars are manufactured at Tabacalera GTO Dominicana located in the Caribbean island of the Dominican Republic. The company was founded by Dr. Oscar Rodriguez, a longtime lover of cigars growing up in the Dominican Republic. It is part of the culture to smoke cigars from a young age and was a tradition in his family. He has chosen to pursue this tradition with passion and create GTO Dominican Cigar and GTO Tabacalera Dominicana.
