Author: Billie
El Septimo is not only bringing a ridiculously prices, over the top, lighter to the PCA Convention & Trade show but it’s also introducing The Emperor Collection. That’s a new line with 10 cigars with a new line of humidors and accessories.
Six of the ten cigars have a Connecticut wrapper while the other four are covered in a Maduro leaf. The blends are undisclosed. The cigars all have different names. The Connecticut ones are named:
Alexandre III Connecticut (6 x 54, Augustus Cesar Connecticut (5 x 52) , Napoleon Connecticut (9 x 55 Salomon), Yao Connecticut (6 1/2 x 60 Torpedo, King Sargon Connecticut Toro (7 1/4 x 50) and King Sargon Connecticut Robusto. The Napoleon, Yao, King Sargon Toro and Robusto are also available in Maduro.
The King Sargon offerings have a unique spin on them, as they are described as a limited edition crossover between the company’s The Gilgamesh Collection and this new The Emperor Collection. These vitolas cannot be bought separately but only in a limited edition humidor that comes with El Septimo Cognac. The humidors, limited to 100 pieces of each, come in two sizes. One for 200 cigars and one for 150 cigars.
“We have learned that customers demand new products, and so we have focused our mass recourses to fill that gap,” says Zaya S. Younan, president and CEO of Younan Company, via a press release. “Just like with all our other companies, we always like to set a higher bar. What we achieved in the last two years should be a great indication of what the world can expect from us. The Emperor Collection will set new standards in the cigar industry that will only continue to be exceeded by El Septimo.”
There will also be six humidors and six different ashtray to complement the series.
