The Perez-Carrillo series from E.P. Carrillo Cigars are the La Historia, Encore, Pledge and the newly release Allegiance. The first three all ended up as Cigar Aficionado cigar of the year or as the runner-up. The Allegiance is too new to have made the charts. To make the different lines better recognizable, E.P. Carrillo Cigars will be changing the bands on the first three blends reinforcing the brand identity of each cigar. The Allegiance already has that secondary ring.

Previously, the bands read “Perez-Carrillo” but the new bands will say the name of the line. E.P. Carrillo will let existing stock with the old bands run out and the new bands should start appearing on the cigars next week.
