David Blanco is guest of honor at Tabakado Meet & Greet 2019. After the announcements that Jeremy Casdagli, Juan Lopez, and Jan Vistisen are guests, now David Blanco confirmed. And again, just like the other three cigar celebrities, this is not Blanco’s first visit to the annual Tabakado Meet & Greet.

Recently David Blanco was named CEO of Blanco Cigars. He is also the master blender for the company and related to the Plasencia family. Plasencia is responsible for the manufacturing of the Blanco Cigars. Blanco helped Tabakado’s Mariska Kelch to blend her own El Piño Blanco Maduro and El Piño Blanco Corojo cigars.

In 1998 Cuban refugee Cesar A. Blanco and his son David founded Blanco Cigars, at first as Los Blancos. The name changed to Blanco Cigars in a later stage. It was going back to the family roots, the tobacco trade. The Blanco family history goes back to Pinar del Rio, Cuba. But after the revolution, they fled to the United States. David Blanco is the first generation American born Blanco. And he wears that with pride.
