Crowned Heads will release its annual Las Calaveras Edición Limitada 2022 next month. It is a new blend, a Nicaraguan puro with a Corojo 99 wrapper. The production is done by My Father Cigars in Esteli, Nicaragua. “The corojo obscure wrapper results in a flavor profile that, in my opinion, is reminiscent of the signature ‘My Father’ style of delivering classic Nicaraguan structure and intensity, while retaining complexity and balance,” says Jon Huber, co-founder of Crowned Heads, in a press release.

Las Calaveras Edición Limitada 2022 comes in four sizes as usual, with three sold in boxes of 24 and one size that is only available in a sampler with one of each vitola. The sizes are LC46 of 5¾x46, LC52 of 5×52, LC54 of 6½x54 and the 6½x40 Petit Lancero which is only available in the sampler.

Las Calaveras is the annual limited edition that pays tribute to the loved ones that lost their lives. This year, the initials of four people close to the Crowned Heads that passed away this year.
