CigarKings is set to unveil its latest cigar, the COY 24 Geniales Colorado, at InterTabac 2024 in Dortmund, Germany. This new release celebrates Pantone’s 2024 Colour of the Year, 13-1023 Peach Fuzz, continuing the brand’s tradition of honouring Pantone’s annual selections.

The COY 24 Geniales Colorado is a 5 x 52 robusto, wrapped in an Ecuadorian Sumatra-seed Colorado maduro wrapper. Beneath the wrapper lies a dual Nicaraguan corojo binder sourced from the Jalapa region, while the filler is composed of h2000 and corojo tobaccos also grown in Nicaragua. The blend is designed to offer a rich and complex smoking experience, showcasing the unique characteristics of each carefully selected tobacco leaf.

This release follows the debut of last year’s COY 23, which paid tribute to Pantone’s 2023 Colour of the Year, 18-1750 Viva Magenta. The COY line is CigarKings’ way of blending creativity, art, and craftsmanship by using Pantone’s influential colour choices to inspire unique cigar releases.

Philipp Kugler, CEO of CigarKings, shared details about the COY 24. He confirmed that a total of 24,000 cigars will be produced and shipped in 12-count boxes. Retailers can expect to begin receiving these boxes by the end of the month, ensuring they will be available for purchase soon after the InterTabac trade show.

CigarKings is based in Munich, Germany, but its cigars are manufactured at an undisclosed factory in Nicaragua. Though details about the factory remain private, the company is known for its high-quality cigars crafted with Nicaraguan tobaccos, making the COY 24 Geniales Colorado a highly anticipated addition to its portfolio.
