Canteros now officially Fuente distributor in New Zealand. The only distributor of New World cigars in New Zealand was already distributing the famous Dominican cigars but through secondary sources. But now they are the official distributor, which means that they have access to a bigger portfolio of Arturo Fuente cigars to choose from.
Where before, Canteros could only choose from a limited selection of Arturo Fuente cigars through wholesalers, they now have access to everything Arturo Fuente makes. That includes some of the rare cigars in the Arturo Fuente line-up. Good news for cigar aficionados from New Zealand.

But that’s not the only good news for the kiwi cigar aficionados. Canteros added new cigars to the portfolio from different brands. From Plasencia, Tatiaje, Miami Cigar & Co, A.J. Fernandez, and CAO.
Grant Ovenden, the owner and founder of Canteros, decided to bring back the CAO La Traviata Divino. Canteros carried that cigar years ago and then discontinued it. But consumer demands brought him to bring the cigars back in the Canteros portfolio. And for the lovers of flavored cigars, Canteros is adding the CAO Flavors Bella Vanilla Tubo
Miami Cigar & Co recently brought back the Don Lino Africa line. Canteros jumped on the opportunity to add another Cameroon wrapper into the portfolio. Other new additions are the A.J. Fernandez Dias de Gloria Short Churchill, Plasencia Alma del Fuego Candente, and last but not least the Tatuaje Nuevitas Jibaro No.1. The last two cigars were featured in Cigar Aficionado’s top 25 of 2019. We reviewed the Tatuaje Nuevitas Jibaro No.1. as well and rewarded it with a 92 score.
