ATL Cigar Co. Introduces Line Additions at PCA Convention
ATL Cigar Co. is bringing three new cigars to the PCA Convention & Trade Show. None of them are new blends, all are line additions.
The Good Trouble line, a cigar honouring John Lewis who served the US House of Representatives for 17 terms and was fighting for civil rights all these terms, is getting a 5¼x44 Corona.
The blend has been updated from an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper to an Ecuadorian Habano 2000 wrapper. The dual binder is changed to an Ecuadorian Connecticut Sungrown leaf while some changes were made to the all Nicaraguan filler as well. These changes also go for the Robusto and Gran Toro.
The ATL Black with its Mexican San Andres wrapper gets a 6¾x50 Toro Extra, joining the 6×52 Torpedo and the 6½x56 Gran Toro. The blend and packaging for this line does not change.
The last new cigar is a 6½x50 double robusto in the Magic Line. This line consists of a Mexican San Andres wrapper over Nicaraguan filler and binder.
“We are thrilled to expand our portfolio with these exciting additions,” said Leroy Lamar, co-founder of ATL Cigar Co. and partner of Luciano Cigars, via a press release. “The Good Trouble Corona continues to pay tribute to the extraordinary legacy of John Lewis, while the Elegànce and Double Robusto vitolas enhance the smoking experience for our customers. These new sizes offer our friends opportunities to explore the depth and character of our cigars, and our city, in fresh new ways. They also highlight our partnership with Luciano; with cigars that are deep and multifaceted, like any other within the Luciano Cigars family of brands.”
“The ATL brands continues to flourish, driven by our shared commitment to community and purpose,” said Luciano Meirelles, co-Founder and CEO of Luciano Cigars, via a press release. “The Wise Blood, in particular, is a testament to the affinity between our team, offering cigar lovers an opportunity to explore profound questions while indulging in the nuanced pleasure of a fine cigar.” Luciano Cigars distributes ATL in the United States.
