SpecialsAll Saints Cigars Create St. Patricks Day Blend for United Cigars
Author: Inspector X
United Cigars, the distribution company behind the legendary 2 guys smoke shop and the Cigar Authority podcast, has been releasing a limited edition firecracker each year around Independence Day since 2007. A short robusto with a long tail that mimics a firecracker. Each year a different manufacturer makes the firecracker.
Now what happens if you mix that firecracker idea with the Irish holiday St. Patrick’s Day? Then you get the St. Patrick’s Firecracker and it’s made for United Cigars by All Saints Cigars. And honesty, the cigar just looks like a firecracker version of Alec Bradley’s St. Patrick’s Day Cigar, the Filthy Hooligan.
The St. Patrick’s Firecracker has a barber pole design with a Nicaraguan Candela wrapper and Ecuadorian Oscuro wrapper over Nicaraguan filler and binder. All Saints uses Tavicusa, Rocky Patel’s factory in Esteli, Nicaragua for the production of all their cigars including the limited edition firecracker. There are 300 boxes of 20 made.
“St. Patrick’s Day deserves a little extra spark and the St. Patrick’s Firecracker is the answer,” said Micky Pegg, founder of All Saints Cigars, in a press release. This was a special collaboration that led to several factory trips and the result is a beautiful blend capturing the All Saints profile with that Firecracker kick.”
United Cigars will show off the St. Patrick’s Firecracker at next week’s TPE 2023 trade show in Las Vegas. It is expected to begin shipping to stores the last week of February.
