NewsAladino Limited Edition Will Return Next Month

In July of last year, JRE Tobacco Co. introduced the Aladino Limited Edition, a 6 x 52 toro that was restricted to just 600 boxes. Due to the cigar’s popularity, the company has confirmed its return with an expanded release. This November, JRE will ship double the amount, bringing 1,200 boxes of the sought-after cigar to stores.
The Aladino Limited Edition is wrapped in a Cameroon-seed wrapper, grown on the Eiroa family’s farms in Honduras. The binder and filler consist of what the company describes as “other Honduran tobacco of undisclosed origins.” According to JRE, the tobacco used in this blend has been aged for five to six years, adding depth and complexity to the cigar’s flavour profile.
The MSRP will remain at $16 per cigar for the 2024 release, maintaining the same price point as last year’s batch. However, while the 2023 release was exclusive to the U.S. market, this year’s edition will also be made available to international retailers, expanding its reach to a global audience of cigar enthusiasts.
In a press release, JRE expressed their enthusiasm about the Aladino Limited Edition, stating, “This cigar is a precursor to one of several larger personal projects from our archive, and we are excited to begin sharing them in the near future. As always, we aimed to create a cigar with high complexity in flavour while remaining contemporary for our smokers.” The company also noted that the cigar’s somewhat mysterious description encourages smokers to explore the unique experience that the blend offers, inviting them on a journey of discovery.
With its limited production and carefully curated blend, the Aladino Limited Edition continues to reflect JRE Tobacco Co.’s commitment to delivering exceptional smoking experiences to its loyal customers.
