Agio at the Tabakado Meet & Greet. The family-owned Dutch cigar manufacturer confirmed that they will be at the second-largest cigar event of The Netherlands. Agio is introducing something new but a spokesman from the company wouldn’t comment on what they are introducing.

It’s a busy week for Agio, as they are introducing three new cigars that week. At the Dutch Big Smoke, they are introducing the Balmoral Añejo XO Connecticut MK52 Torpedo. And they are also introducing the Drew Estate Kentucky Fire Cured Flying Pig. And this mystery cigar at Tabakado’s Meet & Greet.

Tabakado Meet & Greet

The Tabakado Meet & Greet is a yearly cigar event hosted by the Eindhoven based retailer Tabakado. The owners, Mariska Kelch and her mother Wil, have been organizing the event for a few years now. The shop is a family business, founded by Johan and Wil. Johan ran the shop for decades and made it one of The Netherlands most renowned shops until his passing away a few years ago. His daughter Mariska has taken over the business and has expended it even further. With her own import and distribution, Kelch Trading. And her own brand, El Pino Blanco in two different blends. The cigars are available in Corojo and Maduro.

There are still tickets available for the event through the Tabakado webshop. They are €90 each and include cigars and a barbecue. It will take place at Restaurant Het Oude Wandelpark in Valkenswaard. And several cigar celebrities will be present at the event. The guest list for this year included Philip Zanghi from Debonaire, Jeremy Casdagli from Casdagli Cigars, Hadi & Bachir Habib from Dapper. Also confirmed are David Davtian from Davtian Cigars, Juan Lopez from Gurkha Cigars, Jan Vistisen from Royal Danish Cigars, Hiram & Soloman with both owners Nassir and Fouad, and David Blanco from Blanco Cigars.
