First off they are located in AZ so ground shipping takes only about 2 days to get to my house here in So Cal. Also they’re good people, prices are very competitive, and good CS.

Order was placed on June 19, 2010, when I checked order on June 23, 2010, it said “pending”. I emailed requesting an explanation and I’m still waiting. Subsequently, I cancelled my order and went back to JR Cigar. Buyer beware customer service leaves alot to be desired.
