Discounted Partagas Shorts @ PerfectCubanCigars.com

PerfectCubanCigars.com currently has a promotion on Partagas Shorts, one of my favorite petit coronas (you can read my review here). From my experience, it has a consistent construction and decent flavor. The sale price is $135 for a box of 25, which accounts for $5.4 per single. Not bad.
