    Experience:

    Terrible, did not have the option to “ship with bands and box” ..sent me 50 cigars, unmarked, in noncuban boxes. Complained to them and they finally sent the original boxes and bands to the cigars. Bands were torn and unuseable, unable to salvage the bands. Will not buy from them again. As collector cigars, this is very disappointing. (cigars were >15 years old, would have loved to have the original bands still on them)

    Experience:

    Great Service and product. I dealt directly with the owner and verified before I ordered if the cigars could be shipped intact. The answer was yes, at my own risk. I emailed a statement accepting responsibility if the cigars were lost and/or seized and they shipped intact without issue. There are some real gems in their inventory.

    Experience:

    No experience of their mail order service, but a wonderful shop and smoking room to use when in The Hague. Friendly, elegant, and a great selection of cigars and drinks.

    I order my cigars here online on a regular base, great service. Last year I was in The Hague and visited their shop for the first time, absolutely loved it!

    Experience:

    I’ve work with Yvonne on multiple occasion. Excellent service!! She went above and beyond for me. Even call the postal service to see where my order was. Cigars are well packaged and arrival is always timely ( 1 week or less to the US). This is my go to shop. Excellent pricing too. You won’t go wrong.

    Experience:

    I have been ordering from a number of different worldwide shops and I just received my first order from them. Yvonne is great to work with – she even gave me box codes in advance.
    The items I ordered had fantastic prices and they were absolutely perfect in every way – the boxes were sealed with all codes intact.
    The shipping was probably the fastest of any shop I have dealt with so far.
    I will be buying from them again in the future.

    I’ve placed three orders with LCDH The Hague and the experience has been great each time. Yvonne was easy to work with, answered my questions, and even confirmed some box dates for me in advance of my orders. I’ll certainly be ordering from LCDH The Hague in the future based on my experiences so far.
