Hi, My brother-in-law has enjoyed cigars as far back as I can remember. I will pass this information on to him!
    Many thanks, Cindi

Thx for posting my review and if you have yet to give these a go–try the Belicoso size,as it was my favorite in this blend.

The H.Upmann Vintage Cameroon Belicoso is an attractive smoke just looking at the slightly toothy medium brown wrapper that is approaching a rich dark brown. It looks like it is impeccably rolled if you go on appearance. Here’s where I have a bit of a problem. They draw a bit hard. Not impossible by any stretch to draw…Just a bit harder than I’d like.

The first third has a nice light spice with woodiness and a sweet and clean finish. When it heats up and gets into the second third it starts to have just a little saltiness that is a nice addition. It is never harsh and and has an exceptionally clean finish that really doesn’t linger too much at all. This is not the most distinquished Cameroon I’d say, but it is a solid very refined smoke. If you’d like a bit richer Cameroon experience may I suggest the Rocky Patel Sungrown. Cameroon wrappers tend to be a bit fragile, however I had no problem with this one. I’d give it a score of 79 out of 100 if I was grading on that kind of scale, very enjoyable and I’d go as far as saying a neophyte could easily warm up to the smoothness this stick imbues. I will occasionally rotate this one in my own rotation.

Great review. This is a solid cameroon. Not the best but definitely solid. AudioFileZ, the Rocky Patel Sun Grown is not a cameroon it’s a Sumatra.
