  1. Experience:

Besides the AWESOME prices & customer service at Gotham, the products I order are ALWAYS delivered ON TIME, NOT damaged & every time I’ve had any kind of questions, etc… They surpass any current Co in making it pleasurable to deal with! Love them.

  2. Experience:

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt I had to in this instance. I have been buying from Gotham Cigars for only about 4 months but their customer service is WAY beyond Top-Notch! The prices are low and the quality is Grade A. I had a problem on my second order (which wasn’t because of anything they had done). At the manufacturers the rolling machine put holes and tears in most of the cigars. The first pack had 18 out of 20 that were damaged. I contacted customer service by email and they got back to me in just under 2 hours. I offered to ship the carton back to them but they just told me to throw it away and they sent me another carton immediately. They are prompt, courteous and very helpful and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend them and will continue doing business with them for the UN-foreseeable future! LOVE this company!

    Experience:

I ordered two boxes of 60 perfecto cigars made by Swisher Sweets, Order #1212344. There is a number on the boxes: C18FA. I received these cigars two days ago from today 9/28/18.

I’m a retired person and have been for some years. I like to chew on Swisher Sweets Perfecto cigars rather than smoke them, along with several other people in my neighborhood. I have found that these cigars are not fresh at all. They quickly tear apart in my mouth and the sweetness is really stale. I know when I get a fresh cigar. I spend over four thousand dollars on cigars a year. If you’re interested in my business perhaps a solution can be found. If not, let me know.
